This page states who owns the OnlyFinder brand, which websites and accounts are official, which are not, and how the OnlyFinder name may be used.
Ownership
OnlyFinder™ is a trademark owned by Max Anderson. The OnlyFinder mark has been used in commerce continuously since October 2020 for an online search engine for public OnlyFans profiles. Max Anderson acquired OnlyFinder and its related assets in October 2021, and OnlyFinder has operated at onlyfinder.com without interruption from its inception through today.
OnlyFinder's rights in the OnlyFinder name, logo, and trade dress arise from that continuous use in commerce and are protected under United States federal and state law, including Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act and Florida common law, whether or not a federal registration is in force.

The following are the only properties operated by OnlyFinder. If you are anywhere else, you are not on OnlyFinder.

Apart from the OnlyFinder-owned accounts listed in the next section, any other website, app, or social profile that uses "OnlyFinder" or a similar name and is not listed above under official properties is unaffiliated with OnlyFinder. This includes link-in-bio pages and squatted or compromised handles that point to the domains above.
OnlyFinder accounts not currently under OnlyFinder's control
@onlyfinder on X (https://x.com/onlyfinder) and u/onlyfinder_com on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/user/onlyfinder_com) are owned by OnlyFinder, but are currently compromised, not under OnlyFinder's control, and are part of pending litigation. Nothing posted there comes from OnlyFinder. Official communications are from @OnlyFinderHQ on X and u/OnlyFinderHQ on Reddit. This page will be updated when control of those accounts is restored.
How to confirm you are on the real OnlyFinder
- The address bar reads onlyfinder.com (or a subdomain ending in .onlyfinder.com). Any other domain is not OnlyFinder.
- OnlyFinder search is free and never asks you to create an account, enter payment details, or install software to search.
- OnlyFinder never sells or delivers OnlyFans content. Every result links to the creator's own OnlyFans page.
Using the OnlyFinder name
Permitted without asking. You may refer to OnlyFinder by name to describe it, review it, report on it, or say that a creator can be found on OnlyFinder. Write it as one word with a capital O and capital F: OnlyFinder. Link to https://onlyfinder.com.
Not permitted. You may not use OnlyFinder, or any name, domain, logo, or design that could be confused with it, in a domain name, product name, app name, social handle, or advertising; reproduce the OnlyFinder logo; or suggest that OnlyFinder sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you.
Logo. The OnlyFinder logo may be used only with written permission. Requests: press@onlyfinder.com.
Reporting misuse
